The host has thought of everything and the apartment is a spacious, welcoming and relaxing retreat. And it smells wonderful thanks to the elegant and subtle diffusers throughout! The outside space really sets this place apart and the views are stunning. We were very lucky with the weather and made the most of the terrace during our stay! All the amenities that you need are right on the doorstep including the beautiful beach. But if the weather isn’t so good, the property has everything needed to make for a memorable stay.

Third year at Byron and another excellent stay in this 3 bedroom house. Really in a great position for October surfing, onto the beach in short time, the outside hot shower is brilliant to warm up and get rid of all the sand. Will be back again next year.

Another great stay and our third visit to Byron , Woolacombe this year. The environment is very relaxing, the staff are both affable and amenable and the location is perfect. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

We have stayed at 12 Middlecombe before and we rebooked, simply because of the quality of apartment and the location (not on the main road into Woolacombe, so lack of cars going up and down all the time). The apartment has been redecorated, wooden flooring laid in the hall and bedrooms, which to my mind is makes it cleaner and they have added a dressing table area in one of the bedrooms for us ladies, who like getting ready to go out in the evenings. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need for a stay for a week or more. It is a very easy walk to the restaurants in the evening. The underground car parking is easy and when it rains in Woolacombe, you are dry! We have already booked the same apartment for next year. The apartment and weather were perfect this year. So a great stay all round.

Beautiful Apartment, stunning views. Modern appliances. Spotlessly clean. The hamper was a lovely touch. This is the 2nd year we've stayed at Byron Apartments and will definitely return.
