Message: Positives: The arrival information was very informative. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The welcome pack of snacks, drinks and milk was lovely. We had to contact the property manager a few times but he was helpful. The apartment had lots of extras like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea and coffee...so much that you probably wouldn't have needed to buy any for the stay. Negatives...the WiFi information in the arrival information was wrong, eventually we were able to connect but the speed was so slow and I suspect capped as we used a lot of mobile phone data playing music. Such slow broadband would make for a very unhappy holiday with teenagers. The surf shed would have been useful if we could have fitted 7'6" surf boards in there...so had to keep bringing them into the apartment and store on the balcony. Also we had to ask for the lock to be replaced as was so rusty it was unusable. There was very little space in the main bedroom and the addition of the TV on the wall at the end of the bed meant moving around the end of bed was tight. The address doesn't show up for grocery delivery from the major supermarkets..we did click and collect in the end. The facilities management comosny needed access to the flat to check smoke alarms. As there is such a long time when the flat is empty on change over day it would have been better to arrange checks then.

We are sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay but pleased that the Property Manager resolved what he could accordingly.
It was unfortunate that the fire alarms had to be tested during your stay and we endeavour to avoid this, but we are sometimes tied to the company’s time schedule. Regarding the supermarket delivery we give two postcodes dependent on which entrance they deliver to and these are in the arrival email. I’m not sure which postcode was offered but we have main supermarket deliveries here all the time.
The surf shed locks are subject to the very salty air we have in the area and unfortunately do get rusty on a regular basis but apologies for any inconvenience that caused in getting it changed during your stay.
We will investigate the Broadband issue and will check the code details to ensure the correct information is given out going forward. We do hope however you enjoyed your stay with us.

Fantastic apartment with great facilities. The hamper and products were a welcome and special touch. We were here fir my husbands 50th and always try and stay a Byron where possible.

Lovely bright clean apartment with stunning views. The decor is attractive and the huge balcony is a lovely place to eat,sunbathe or enjoy watching the beautiful view. Easy access from car park to apartment via lift and easy access to garden and gravel footpath, for dogs, via stairs. Welcome pack and milk was appreciated. Since last year, fans have been provided, as apartment can get quite warm. Everything you need apart from your food, is provided. We used the pool and enjoyed it. Shops ,places to eat and takeaways are just across the road and the beach is huge, sandy, clean and beautiful. There is a part of the beach for dogs and a short walk along the cliffs , takes you to Barricane Beach- a dog friendly beach with a cafe. Perfect for an early dog walk and coffee by the sea.

The whole set up at Byron is great, from the moment you park up and collect your keys to getting rid of your rubbish at the end of your stay. Everything works well and the staff in Reception are friendly and helpful if you have any queries. This is the second time myself and a friend have stayed in 7 Middlecombe, we love it and it’s comfortable, cosy and well equipped and we hope to stay there next time we visit.

We just returned from a fabulous long weekend break staying as two couples at 1 Rockham. The accommodation was extremely well placed, just a minute or two from the beach, the town and various eating/drinking establishments. The apartment is very comfortable, meticulously clean, spacious and very well equipped. The master bedroom is ensuite, with a separate bathroom for the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms are large, comfortable and with ample storage. Onsite parking is a boon. The owner's folder is comprehensive, containing great tips on places to visit and where to eat and drink. The newly opened Tides Out Bar in Byron was just great and we can thoroughly recommend the Sri Lankan Curry at Barricane Beach. We enjoyed the May sunshine with pretty flowers starting to bloom everywhere.
