Your North Devon Adventure Awaits!

We are genuinely excited to tell you that we are planning to reopen Byron on Saturday 4th July in line with the Government's announcements.

Over the last few months, we have been busy behind the scenes putting the appropriate measures in place to ensure you have a wonderful, and most importantly, safe stay at Byron. We are also conscious that the world today is very different to just a few months ago, so we have been reviewing, and where necessary adapting, the services we offer at Byron to make certain we meet all the necessary requirements to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff.

All the details for your holiday at Byron will be sent to you in a welcome email a week before your arrival, in the information below we want to share with you the measures and protocols we have put in place and to update you on other news to help you make the most of your holiday.
We very much look forward to welcoming you to Byron soon.

The Byron Team!

The health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our priority.

We are reviewing all areas of our operation to keep our staff and guests as safe as possible and ensure we implement the necessary protocols and measures that are in line with the Government guidance.

At this time unfortunately, our gym, sauna, and indoor pool remain closed until we are given further government advice on when these can reopen.

The Housekeeping team is of course taking extra precautions to protect the health and well-being of our guests throughout Byron also.

Byron ensures an easy and contactless journey for guest arrival and departure.

All necessary communication will take place via email / text before arrival and all guests pick up their apartment keys without face-to-face contact.

Your welcome email will provide details on your parking bay, key retrieval details and directions to your apartment from the Car Park.

We also have provided online guidelines for making your stay as safe as possible.

Tired of cooking? Brundle's has got you covered!

Our superb on-site restaurant, Brundle’s, has now successfully launched a takeaway menu which has proven extremely popular within the village.

We are delighted to welcome Chef Pima to the kitchen and a new front of house service team - all of which have received lots of great feedback already.

The new menu boasts a variety of tasty Thai cuisine, while also keeping in the popular classics such as the gourmet burgers and the Sunday roast dinner.

So if you fancy a classic fish Friday treat on your private patio or perhaps a Japanese Pork Katsu Curry on the beach – you can.

In fact Byron guests will be able to treat themselves to Brundle’s takeaways for breakfast, lunch or dinner if they choose.

There’s a variety of culinary delights to satisfy everyone’s taste buds. Have a look at the mouth-watering takeaway menu: https://www.brundleswoolacombe.com/menus

What's open in and around Woolacombe!

Facilities in Woolacombe are now beginning to open up, for which we've listed some shops and restaurants! We are continually updating the list and nor is it exhaustive.

If you have any questions at all about the facilities in the Village one of the best places to visit is our friends at Woolacombe and Morthoe Tourist Information Centre!

In the village, there is a small Londis convenience store, we suggest that it is more suitable for general grocery top ups, rather than a large weekly shop.

We encourage guests who will be self-catering to consider bringing food with them for their stay from the supermarkets they have been accustomed to shopping in through out lockdown.
