23/02/2021 – Byron at Woolacombe Bay reopening dates – updated 23/02/21

CORONAVIRUS LATEST INFORMATION

Dear Guests of Byron,

Following the most recent government announcement on Monday 22nd February 2021, we are delighted to confirm Byron at Woolacombe Bay are working towards set reopening dates which are in accordance with Government guidelines.

1. Caveat to confirmation from the Government, we can confirm that Byron is currently set to reopen following lockdown 3 on the dates below. We would like to emphasise that these dates are subject to change and will be updated as soon as new guidance is issued. 

 

12th April – Byron will be open to guests from single households only. All facilities to remain closed. 

17th May – Byron will be open to all guests up to groups of six. Facilities open but bookable via online booking form for 1 household at a time only. 

21st June – Byron will be open to all guests. Facilities open with pool bookable up to three household slots maximum (12-15 people capacity) via online booking form. 


2. Our existing robust Covid safety measures will remain in place for the safety of our staff and guests.

3. We anticipate that eateries, restaurants and shops in Woolacombe village will also re-open in alignment with the latest government guidance, although you are advised to check with each establishment. 

 

Deferrals / Rebooking 2021

If you have booked a visit to Byron from now until 21st June, you may find that your stay has been affected by the latest Government guidance. Please contact us on info@bwhlholidays.co.uk or 01271 871339 to discuss how we can help move your booking. We are happy to defer all bookings up to 14 days before the stay free of charge*. We will credit / debit the stay as necessary if there are changes in booking price. 

If Byron is forcibly closed due to lockdown measures we can look to defer your stay as above or refund you the full monies paid (only when Byron is shut). 

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is always our priority and we will continue to monitor the situation closely, taking all necessary precautions. 
 
The details for your holiday will be sent to you in a welcome email a week before your arrival, which will include information we want to share with you on the measures and protocols we have put in place and to update you on other news to help you make the most of your holiday.
