CORONAVIRUS LATEST INFORMATION

Dear Guests of Byron,

In light of recent concerns surrounding the spread of coronavirus, we are sure you have seen that the Government has issued updated guidelines which we are responding to and adopting on a daily basis. We are in unprecedented times and we are doing our best to navigate this situation in the right way.

In accordance with the Government guidelines surrounding the national lockdown announced on 4th January 2021, we confirm that Byron at Woolacombe Bay is now temporarily closed until further notice.

 Please note when we are able to re-open we will be in touch and the following will be in place:

1. Our existing robot COVID safety measures will remain in place. Click here for more information.

2. At present the Byron leisure suite will remain closed until further notice and Guest Services will be open in a limited capacity to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and guests.

3. We anticipate that eateries, restaurants and shops in Woolacombe village will open, although you are advised to check with each establishment. 

 

Deferrals / Rebooking 2021

If you have booked a visit to Byron and live in an area that is designated as high risk and can no longer travel to Bryon, you can defer your stay further into 2021 or 2022. We will credit / debit the stay as necessary if there are changes in booking price. Please contact us on info@bwhlholidays.co.uk or 01271 871339 to discuss how we can help move your booking.

If Byron is forcibly closed due to lockdown measures we can look to defer your stay as above or refund you the full monies paid (only when Byron is shut). 

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is always our priority and we will continue to monitor the situation closely, taking all necessary precautions. 
 
The details for your holiday will be sent to you in a welcome email a week before your arrival, which will include information we want to share with you on the measures and protocols we have put in place and to update you on other news to help you make the most of your holiday.
