The Byron Woolacombe Complex is a stunning collection of self-catering, individually owned, private apartments with access to year-round communal leisure facilities. So even if the sun doesn’t make an appearance, you’ll never be short of activities to enjoy!
The on-site team at the Leisure Suite Facilities Help Desk are here to help during your stay and the Leisure Facilities are open daily from 9am to 5pm for Resident and Guest use only.
Please visit the team on-site or call 01271 555001, option 3 to speak to the on-site team directly. This can include questions about booking the Facilities, Car Park or Car Registration Queries, Holiday Recommendations or general site FAQs.
Further information is provided below on certain facilities. Please do note the complex is not a hotel.

Guests are required to pre-book a timeslot for the swimming pool, gym and electric charging pods with details provided below and your welcome email before your arrival.
In the pursuit of fairness only one slot is guaranteed in the pool during busy periods. You can be added by the on-site team to a waiting list for further slots to the pool.

Come down to the facilities area to play on the pool or foosball table (£1 per play). Something extra to keep children (and adults) entertained!
SURF SHED STORAGE
Surf Sheds are allocated to each apartment to allow you to easily store your boards and beach items. Location is provided in your welcome email.
outdoor shower
An outdoor shower for cleaning down post surf is available on the path to the right of the swimming pool up to the car park. There is also a handle to clean your four legged friends too!
CAR PARKING
Each apartment has an allocated parking space for the duration of your stay. Please contact us for more information on additional parking.
