A Glimpse At Brundles Bar & Restaurant
Graham Brundle has cooked for the likes of Richard Branson, Bill Gates and members of the Royal Family.
He has given Devon Live and exclusive first look inside his brand new bar & restaurant at Byron in Woolacombe.
Graham grew up in Ilfracombe and Woolacombe in North Devon. He says the restaurant has taken over 12 months to build and boasts "one of the most spectacular views in the country" over the award-winning Woolacombe Bay.
He said: "The restaurant services the general public and looks after customers of the Byron residence as well”
"After 30 years of being away from Woolacombe, I'm finally back home and back where I want to be.”
"The bar is now open from 7.30am for breakfast, pastries, teas and coffees and our bar menu will be rolling out in the next week or so.”
"As we get closer to Easter our all day menu and dinner menu will run out for everybody to try."
Graham has previously worked on Richard Branson's exclusive Necker Island resort and was also the head chef to the King of Jordan, as well as cooking for a long line of other famous faces.
Brundle's Bar & Restaurant is part of our new Byron development in Woolacombe which features over 50 luxury apartments, a private swimming pool, gym and sauna.
We popped in to try some of the expertly crafted cocktails (the "Bramble" was truly exquisite!) and couldn’t get enough of the high-end/casual atmosphere that’s been cultivated.
