  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Our second stay at Byron, but this time with the family and again it was great. The facilities were excellent and apartment was very clean. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging an extra parking space. We will definitely return again as the dogs loved the location and beach

The email communication from Byron before our stay was great, including organising a 2nd car park space for us and giving us the heads up that The Red Barn may not be open (hurrah it was for some of the time. ) Swimming pool really a good addition. Loved the crisp hotel type sheets and towels. Love Byron, apartments with their close proximity to the beach.

The standard of the accommodation here is just fantastic. The decor is so lovely, all beachy theme colours and there’s a very well equipped kitchen. Beds were so comfy (a big deal for us!). We really loved just how close you are to Woolacombe, it’s so handy for nipping to the beach and of course avoiding the traffic/parking. The pre arrival guide was great, easy to follow instructions of how to check in. Very handy to have the storage shed to keep everything wet and sandy in. The ladies on the front desk were so helpful, knowledgable and polite. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4 Woolacombe and have rebooked to come back next year (although this apartment wasn’t available so clearly you need to book very early!)

Great place to stay, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to eat in. The car park was very useful as it close to the apartments and easy to find on arrival. The whole site is Covid safe with hand sanitisers and signage everywhere. It’s in a great location next to the beach and Bars and Shops.

Woolacombe West apartments are located right at the front of the Byron complex, overlooking the village and Brundle’s Bar and Restaurant. You couldn’t wish to be any closer to the action!

Woolacombe 1, 2 and 3 Penthouse apartments entrance is located before the car park entrance into the Byron development. No stairs in the apartments themselves but there are steps required outside of the apartment to the front doors. These apartments are well located for access from Sandy Lane down to the beach.

Woolacombe West 4 – 11 apartments are accessible via external front doors found in the car park level. Do not leave the car park to find the front doors to these apartments. They are actually down the steps to the right of the allocated parking bays. These provide quick access from unloading and unpacking the car to the front door!
